Senior Pastor: Dean Hawk

Dean has served in the full-time ministry over
the last 27 years in various capacities. Prior to starting Rock Family Church in 2004 he served as a youth pastor, associate pastor, Bible college instructor, and conference speaker. He has also authored twelve volumes of ministry curriculum called H2O Sermon Source.

His success in ministry can be summed up in one word--creativity. If you are looking for a bland, ordinary, run-of-the-mill speaker--you're looking in the wrong place! Dean's creative style of ministry connects with people and ignites them in their walk with God. Dean believes it is a sin to be boring in church. This motivates him to continually seek the Lord for new and creative ideas to reach people with the good news!

Worship Pastor: Jared Moore

Jared came on staff at RFC in August of 2006. He has a degree in church music and most recently graduated from the New Life School of Worship.

Jared has been leading worship for the past seven years and he has taken our worship experience at Rock Family to the next level!

He and his wife, Katrina, have been married for over 10 years and have two sons, Elijah and Sam.

Youth Pastor: Aaron Garcia

Aaron's enthusiasm and energy for teenagers is contagious.

He has worked with students for the past eight years and came on staff at RFC in June of 2008.

Aaron's wife and partner in ministry is Rena and they have two children, Christian and Alyson.

Children's Pastor: Kim Hawk

Kim has served in the ministry along side her husband, Dean, for the past 26 years.  From kids, to teenagers and adults, she has ministered to all levels.  Along with her role of overseeing our children’s ministry Kim also teaches aerobics, and one of her favorite jobs is being "mom" to her three teenagers: Alesha, Allyson and Preston.

Her energetic and contagious attitude will ignite your kids in their walk with Jesus Christ.  Kim also understands the frustrations and challenges of parenting children.  Each month her parent updates give you hints, tips, and tricks to improving your relationship with your kids.

Office Administrator: Rachel Kokes

Rachel has been with RFC since June 2005. She is responsible for the daily operation of the church office, working with the staff, church members, and the public. Rachel provides efficient office support to almost every area of ministry at Rock.

Assistant to the Pastor: Andrea Davis

Andrea has an amazing heart for ministry; she is especially sensitive to the women of Rock Family Church. She keeps the pastor organized while developing and leading programs according to the vision and purpose of the church. Andrea recruits and trains volunteer leaders to help with the various ministry opportunities and she plays a key role with Dare to Care.
