Dean & Kim Hawk
Dean has served in the full-time ministry over the last 27 years in various capacities. Prior to starting Rock Family Church in 2004 he served as a youth pastor, associate pastor, Bible college instructor, and conference speaker. He has also authored twelve volumes of ministry curriculum called H2O Sermon Source.
His success in ministry can be summed up in one word--creativity. If you are looking for a bland, ordinary, run-of-the-mill speaker--you're looking in the wrong place! Dean's creative style of ministry connects with people and ignites them in their walk with God. Dean believes it is a sin to be boring in church. This motivates him to continually seek the Lord for new and creative ideas to reach people with the good news!
Kim has served along side Dean for the past 24 years of their marriage. On top of overseeing the Children's ministry at Rock Family she also runs Dean Hawk Ministries (www.deanhawk.com) and teaches aerobics, but her favorite job is being "mom" to her three teenagers, Alesha, Allyson and Preston. Kim brings the same excitement and creativity into the children's services with skits, puppets, videos, illustrations, and many other creative avenues to make the services fun and interesting. Her heart and passion is to teach our children some of the very basic principles of the Bible which will lay a foundation for a life time relationship with Jesus Christ.
Worship Pastor: Jared Moore 
Jared came on staff at RFC in August of 2006. He has a degree in church music and most recently graduated from the New Life School of Worship.
Jared has been leading worship for the past seven years and he has taken our worship experience at Rock Family to the next level!
He and his wife, Katrina, have been married for over 9 years and have two sons, Elijah and Sam.
Youth Pastor: Aaron Garcia 
Aaron's enthusiasm and energy for teenagers is contagious.
He has worked with students for the past eight years and came on staff at RFC in June of 2008.
